Primecast PRIMECAST IS TRYING TO GET ME FOR $91.93 THAT I DONT OWE THEM! Pompano Beach, , Florida

 I have had Directv for several years and chose to keep them as my satillite television and internet provider when I moved. I was dissapointed to find out that PRIMECAST had purchased all of the "installation rights" for the area we had moved to but had no choice but to have them do the installations. They quoted me a flat rate of 50.00 to do it. When the techs came to do the installation they did fine on the internet part but said that because I had forgotten to get the main power cord, I would not be able to watch television until I retrieved it from the old address where I had left it. (Normally they have several in their vans) I asked the technition several times before they left if he was sure it would work and all I have to do is plug it into the wall and it will turn right on and he assured me thats all it would take. After I returned from the old location with the power cord I plugged it into the receiver and into the wall and it did not work. I eventually had to call a Directv technition to resolve the problemS. PRIMECAST put a huge 32lb. dish on my roof when they could have used a much smaller one, they didn't seal the holes they drilled into my roof, they didn't secure the dish to the roof. It was so loose that you could have spun it w/ your hand. They failed to check the wireing from the dish to the receiver in the house. An animal had chewed through it under the house and it was severed just under the floor of my livingroom. After receiving the bill for 50.00 satellite install and the surprise 41.93 internet install I called Primecast cust.svc and was unable to speak to anyone who would resolve the issue. They took a msg. and said I would hear something back. What kind of customer svc is this and Why should I pay this place for installing my satillite when they didnt do it, Directv did?
