Complaint Review: Primeone Benefits Financial

in january of 2003 they called me to tell me i could get a 1,000 dollar credit card. i said sure o.k. what do i need to do? (for at this time in my life i despreatly needed this) they said all we need is 187.00 for processing.

i thought o.k. if they debit my bank account at least i would have proof of it. fat good that did!! they sent the packett 87 days later!!! yes 87, after i got the coupons, yes coupons, no credit card in sight! i called them to see where my card was. they said i could go online at www.mastercard.com and fill out a application.

i asked what i needed them for then? no response they hung up! i have $ 116.00 in phone bills since then trying to get a refund. i sent back the packet, they said they sent refund, i said not. so i even faxed them a copy of my bank statement to prove to them i never got it. they said it was right there on my statement.

so i went to my bank and had the accounts manager look and she said it never came. she even called them and told them this and they called her a liar.

it is now march 22 2004 a year later and still nothing. its not even the money anymore its just the princable of the whole thing. i dont even know what to do now. please if they call you tell them no no no, that you have read this report and know all about them!
