I was recruited by a co-worker to join primerica's work force. She told me the people were wonderful. This was a trusted co-worker so I had no reason to doubt her.

I set up my firt interview with the division leader even though he was very vague about the job description, "opening offices in my area & looking for office managers".

I asked my co-worker the next day & she said, "We help people out with their finances", and that she was going to class to get her license to sell life insurance and mortgages.

I called & canceled the meeting & told the division leader that after careful consideration & checking the company out on various websites that this opportunity or position was not for me. He immediately became defensive & asked me, "What position is that since none is listed on our website." I told him that it was selling mortgages & insurance & that I was not a sales person. He thanked me & immediatley hung up on me.

IF PFS reps tell you half truths & deceive me just to get me to go to their meetings what must they do their customers?

Thank goodness I had the resources available to me to check them out before I went too far into this organization.
