This is about a call I received from a Primerica representitive that wants to talk with me about "...meeting attendance". The representatives name was Karen Hartman and for the last couple of weeks she has been trying to get me to attend her "meeting...appropriately dressed".
The first time I talked with her she never talked about references or suggested of any. She called again Tuesday of this week suggesting that I have at least five references when I come to the meeting! This clue was coming from somewhere other than friends and the only connection was via the website of other employment services that I've visited. With five kids, and a wife I need all of the support that I can get. My wife and I work really hard to overcome financial hardships and we don't need distractions from the Enron groups--companies who want to use diabolical means to achieve their interest through someone else's expense!
I felt really uncomfortable about what was happening and phoned her to cancel the appointment. She called back again to re-schedule another appointment for Wednesday of the following week. I didn't like the idea of working with Primerica so I decided to do some investigation on the web.
Coming across this site IS THE best thing going, especially with what happened to the gentleman by the name of Rick. Everything that happened to him seem to happen to me too--an exact pattern (accept I didn't have to pay $200).
However being forewarned is forearmed! Thanks!
