I used to be one of the people that would write rebuttals to defend Primerica. I loved the company and what they stood for, but unfortunatley I was too successful, and their facade of Born Again Christians, and women should be on the arm of their man, me as a woman , my business was destroyed.

My identity has to be protected. But I have consulted 2 top laywers whom have told me I have a case but no money left to fight them. Because they are the largest most powerful co in the world it will be a major war.
If I can get support we could class action lawsuit, however the people in the compnay dont have the guts to stand up.

My business was stolen and destoryed by two jealous couples.

I was told, my a very senior person in the co. too bad I had no rights, no side of th story my RVP (before I went RVP) could do anything or say anything he wanted. My RVP told me he can say or do anything because he just goes home at night and prays to God to forgive him.
I started out with a home family and my retirement sabed for.

After building my business unsupported by my RVP, he stole my whole business and blackballed in the company, forced me into bankruptcy which then I could no longer earn a living.

now my recruits are his top people and some of the top in the area. Because these men are left with full power and I spoke to the top COmpliance offices in the US and Canada, they do not care.

They earn hundreds of thousands and year, one millions, and they stole my business for their own glory and money.
What they do for clients is good there is no doubt but what they do to the people within the company is unforgiveable.

I cannot believe in these modern days with Human Rights just because they are big and powerful they are allowed to do this.

I would love a few other people to have the guts to stand up and fight for human rights.

Stuart,

I beleive that it is our mission as self-respecting citizens to expose this bait and switch operation for all its worth to all unsuspecting, hard-working citizens.

It truly is a crime what they are doing to their clients and their reps, especially the women.
And, techincally, it is a crime, just not prosectued by the law because it is so disguised by their business operation that it is easily veiled from those who know. I'm sure what happened to this lady and the tactics used in the office I came from are used in other offices and such injustices are still being done, but everyone is asked to be mum on the subject.

In other words, everyone knows, its just that nobody talks about it. We don't want to stain Prime-America's reputation, don't we? It's screwed up in a Cruel Intentions/Les Liasions Dangereuses kind of way. The upper class does not want to be seen as trashy, slutty and and manipulative, so they hide their acts and intentions behind closed doors and suave manners, and all take a vow of silence. Why do you think "not to be distributed to the public" is written in fine print on all their training material?

Crimerica discriminates against women (responding to Diana, Elmhurst)

Diana,

Based on your report and some others, I'm aware that
Crimerica discriminates against women, not only against female agents, but also against female clients (check Leroy from Tulare's reports) and clients who smoke.

What I also find interesting about your report is what you say about your branch (and what I've heard
about others) being operated in a cultlike manner.

Crimerica claims they're open to everybody, but it's
apparent they talk from both sides of their mouth.

Women---married or unmarried, young or old, they need to be aware of this garbage of a company

Helen,

I could feel your pain. A woman in this company who makes a solid, productive living on her own without a man to support her is seen as practically the anti-christ, and God forbid that, should WOMAN be successful on her own, all these so-called God fearing "Christians" with their little trophy wives cheering their husbands on with their "rah-rah-rah" attitude would raise holy hell and cry out mutiny once a woman were to be successful on her own in this bulls**t company.

I have my own rip off report here on this website, talking about a hazardeous workplace this is for women, and your case is a prime example of the kind of crap that is to be expected once a woman were to prove these chauvanistic pigs that run Primerica that a woman can indeed make it on her own without a "partner" by her side. Most of these so called RVP's don't make it on their own without their "recruits"...and I'm pretty sure that their charm and suave, smooth talking tactics are just a way of getting female recruits into doing what they want. Unfortunatly, many fall for it too. Most of these young, unsuspecting women fall into these traps, not just here but in a lot of workplaces, and many wind up into illicit affairs that are used for financial and status gain. I am willing to bet that your RVP has a couple of these on his side, otheriwise how could he have usuerped your business so easily?

I come from an office in New York where seduction was used a weapon by an RVP (no names mentioned here) and this man played up his role as a dedicated husband as well as a dedicated Christian (his wife was a fanatical Born-Again Christian), all the while porking one of his female reps. (She was nineteen, no less) What made me sick was that she was touted as being the next hot ticket to stardom while she never made a move to get licensed in any area (and if she is going around talking about investment products or insurance products like she's some expert then this is illegal). This led to a lot of foolish and fanatical competition that touted men against women, and such derrogatory comments like "women are too weak to make it in this business", or thinly veiled ones like, "don't be discouraged if you can't get ahead in this business cause you're a woman" were rampant in this office. Such games and atmosphere are more than discouraging to women, they are morally degrading, and no self-respecting woman should have to put up with this kind of activity, attention, or degredation, or discrimination. Companies that are so called "powerhouses" like Citigroup or Primerica do not condemn such practices, but instead stand by their actions, thinking that it will bring out the best in their workers. Bulls**t. This company does not have a solid sexual-harassment policy either, and that allows these RVP's to get away with a lot if they wanted to. The men in charge here will always find a way to downgrade the successful women in this company, and not only is the woman a victim, sad to say, but homosexuals are also a prime target for ridicule and ripping-off, and degredation. A company that supports such tactics should not be supported, and all of which who have been victimized should speak up even if they are afraid. I also am scared to death but they had heard my mouth before and Primerica will not silence me. If I were you I would not stop until all of these sleazeballs are dealt with in the manner appropriate in accordance with the law.

Helen, I would suggest you go ahead with this lawsuit if you can because it will bring a lot of publicity upon Primerica's unscrupulous tactics, and put Citigroup under a lot of heat. I'm also sure that a lot of women who are silent now will come and speak up about the injustices of this company who treats them like crap, once they see that there is nothing to be afraid of.

And if you need anymore proof on just exactly how low women are put in the Primerica scale, just look at their Financial Independence Council book, that book that holds all of the so-called "high-income earners" of the company. Only a few of them are women alone, and only one is a top million dollar earner.

What kind of future is that for female Primerica agents? Either marry another rep or screw your RVP, you'll get somewhere. And if you DO become successful on your own efforts, we'll just f*ck you over and take your hard earned business from you.

Too much to ask for my $199.
