From time to time trolls like to point out that Primerica is part of Citigroup. A few posters have added that there is a connection between Citigroup and Enron.

After some more research I have found a website explicitly giving that connection. So as a service to Ripoff's visitors I'm quoting a passage from it. The link is: (see link below)
