Complaint Review: La Primitiva Loterias Y Apuestas

Hi!

we recieved a letter sended from spain (stamp) that informed me to win 584 816,42 euro, in La Primitiva lottery award, where I neither ever heard about nor took part in it. I should have answer within 10 days in form of account number and a copy of passport via fax.

These informations should be faxed to Mr. Pedro Aladez operation manager, Who will handel our award processing, working by La Primitiva Security S.A

It was suspicious, cus, this letter didn't have sender, there was no e-mail, or web address

After recieving the winning price I should have pay 10 % of the winning price back to the insurance company.
And should not publify any information.
