Primitive Crossroads Craftbarn Refused refund of an item that was out of stock Bloomville Ohio
I purchased a shower curtain along with window valances from this company on-line. I was informed that the company was moving to another location and my order would be processed within the week.
After not hearing back from them I called to find out that the item that they advertised on line was not in stock and was discontinued. I requested a refund and was told that it would be processed as soon as their computer system was back on line after the move. I didn't hear back from them for several months.
After several e-mails and unanswered phone calls, I finally got a response telling me my refund would be processed on the next business day. I havent heard back since. My refund due was in excess of $130.00 bucks. I even contacted them on facebook but no response.
