Primo Fence Systems installed a vinyl fence that literally fell down Ripoff! Metuchen New Jersey
I had a fence installed by Primo Fence early last year and it literally fell apart 6 months later. The installer sent his crew to "temporarily" fix the situation around the holidays, and I have sent him to letters via Federal Express.
Metuchen is clay and rocks. The posts were not dug deep enough and in some spots there was little to NO cement. All of the posts are loose, which in turn means the fence itself sags and/or has fallen in spots.
This does not include any of the cosmetic problems with it (one side of the fence was more than two feet shorter than the other and I when I could afford to have the back done at a later time, an extra piece needed to be cut in to part of the side fence in order to do the back.
I was willing to overlook it at the time. I am now in a situation where I cannot have the landscaping in the back yard done until the fence is fixed, and I am aggravated. I have done some research and spoke with a few "experts" - it is an improper installation.
The number on his invoices is his cell phone and he can tell who is calling with caller ID and does not return my calls. The only reason I got him around the holidays was calling from a different phone!
He even lives in the same town as me. I am preparing to sue him.

have both gone after Primo Fence and Jamie Visco. At first he tried to negotiate and had a lawyer. All I wanted him to do was FIX MY FENCE! He kept telling the attorneys at DCA he would come and several times his attorney told DCA he was coming on a certain date. Never happened. Then I sued him in special Civil Part in NJ and he never responded to the complaint he sent them. He is probably operating under another name and address. I am going to file a judgment against him. Time is on my side. He is young. Someday all of this and more will catch up to him. He is deceiptful and dishonest. If he is like this in business, his personal life must be in chaos also. I believe in what goes around comes around. Jamie also has/d a landscaping company. Consumer beware! I really tried to not harm him and just get my fence fixed.
