The waiter dropped off our ticket after our meal and when we looked closely, we noticed the numbers just did not add up. There was an extra $5 added into the total that was not represented on the itemized list of the receipt. No gratuity, no fees, nothing -- just the appearance of the check being $5 more than it was. We brought it to the attention of the waiter, who alerted the manager and they went to the register computer together. We watched as they had their discussion, and was disappointed in the waiter's resulting explanation upon his return. "I just accidently pushed a button ordering you an extra chile relleno, that's where the extra charge came from. Sorry about that."
Bull. If an extra food item were ordered, it would show up on the itemized list on the receipt.

Man, if they program the computers to add extra hidden charges to people's tickets, can you imagine how much money this place could make?! I mean, how many times do YOU check the computer's math at a restaurant?
