On January 17, 2013 I found what I thought was an outstanding deal on a Nikon 800. The package deal came with the camera body and a Nikon 18-55mm lens, and a memory card, table top tripod, full floor tripod, camera bag and a couple other fluff items to beef the package up to 15 pieces.  This was all to cost approx. $2600. A few hours after I placed the order via the internet I received a phone call offering supposed upgrades to the memory card and batteries by a condescending badgering individual during my work time. He offered to remove the lens and a few of the other items in the original package to save me money. At NO TIME did I receive a final invoice for the changes in the package. The new items when researched came to $55.00 in value. My new bill for the camera package was $3089.00, an increase of $489! A friend warned me about these type of sights and I immediately called to try to cancel the order.  Every phone call I made was rerouted and I was put on hold indefinitely. I finally got through and was told they would have to see if they could pull the order back. This was over a week after the order was place and the money was taken from my credit card the day after the order was placed! Suddenly the package was shipped and arrived at my house 2 days after I requested a cancellation.  There was no warranty with the camera and no instruction manual. The numbers on the box and camera do match but I do not trust the sticker on the box as this is an easily printable item. I wish I would have researched this company before ordering, huge, stressful $500 mistake.
