I ordered a camera from this company 8 weeks ago and have not received it to date. Everytime I call I am put on hold and after 20 minutes I am disconnected. I am on hold right now as a matter of fact. I have been lied to several times by several different people. I have talked to every department and they are well rehearsed with their lies.
I have talked to Darrell in San Diego,CA., Mickey in CT., Jason in CT., Frankllin and Steve in New York, each and every one of them has given me a different story. The best though was when Darrell threatened me. When I told him I was filing a fraud suit today he told me, "Go ahead it takes 90 days to work a fraud file and you won't ever see your money. By the way let me wish you a Happy New Year because that might be when you get your refund but I doubt it."
What Darrell, Mickey, Jason, Franklin and Steve do not know about me is I am relentless. Hell may freeze over but I will get my money back and I will continue to file every kind of fraud report I can. This company is a bunch of scammers, thieves and liars.
They will not provide you with a tracking number for your merchandise and you will be told that it is coming from any city overseas that they can think of.
The best part is they wave an American Flag on their website but they are anything but American. Because true Americans do not scam, lie and cheat other Americans.
Do not order anything from this company.
