Complaint Review: Primus

This is a letter what I send to Primus, explains everything:

A month ago I received a letter from Primus, stating that your records indicate that some of my invoices with your company have still not been paid, and you are sending me a FINAL notice before you forward my outstanding account to a collection service.
All month I have tried to contact someone at the number I was given, 1800-338-0225 ext 2999, and left messages and no one has returned my calls.

In January I was told that a one minute phone call to Czech republic will cost me 11 cents a minute. The next month I received a bill where I was charged 25 cents a minute.

I spoke with a couple of your representatives (I can provide you with names and times) and was assured that
the next month I would be billed correctly, which I was not. I tried to talk to a supervisor but I was told there was never one on site. The representative promised a couple of times that a supervisor would call back. That never happened. So I told the representative not to charge my American Express account anymore. Our American Express Account was charged again after that conversation.

We disputed the unauthorized charges and the charges from the previous month where we were overcharged, with American Express. So the credit card company took over and tried to contact primus. But nobody has responded to them. So they credited our account.

A month later we received the FINAL notice (did not receive any notice before). And as I stated, I have tried
to contact Primus at the phone number provided above and left messages and did not get any response.

I am able to provide you with names and times when I talked to your representatives.

Please respond promptly so we can reach an agreement regarding this matter. I also send complaint to BBB,they reply later that Primus did not respond.
