Complaint Review: Prince and Princess Pets

We were te private buyers for Prince and Princess Pets in Las Vegas NV.   For 7 plus years we supplied high end puppies to Gloria and Ray Lee from kennels we personally inspected.  We quarantined every pup for a week and then fly animals to Las Vegas.

Gloria and Ray Lee attempted to start a grooming shop in the worst economy since the great depression. It went bust and rather than pay the us so we could pay the breeders the puppies came from they paid a contractor for the build out of the grooming shop.

As they stopped paying the puppies stopped coming.  At least from us.  Breeders that have not been paid of course will not honor warrantees on puppies sold. We will also not send any registration papers for pure breed dogs until the invoices are paid.

We attempted to work with the store and had asked them to sign a personal guarantee for the thousands of dollars owed avoiding LLC protection.  They refused.  This leads us to believe we will not be paid.   Thus papers will not be sent and warrantees will not be honored for puppies we sent.
