Prince law firm The Law offices of Prince and Associates LLC Gained my trust to handle my f chapter7 and ripped me off for 1200 Plantation Florida
I was pregnant and about to have my child and going through hard financial time heard them on the radio and Called. The gentleman was very nice and knowledgable and encouraging. (Knowing what's needed to file bankruptcy) They did everything right and asked for the info that would be needed to complete a bankruptcy. They told me it would cost 1500.00 I actually talked them down to charging only 1200.00 I should've known better . (Who does that) I stayed in contact with them for about six months (after they obtained all the money . I had to do my taxes so I could send the, the last 2 years worth . Once I completed it I tried the contact them and got a recording stating to the mail princelaw2@gmail.com. Needless to say no one ever responded. How do I go about suing this company?

If they are a real company, you can take them to small claims court.
You will need to research Sunbiz.org to see if they are registered as a legitimate Florida company. Check the attorney websites too. If you don't find them anywhere on Sunbiz, you probably were dealing with a scammer. Even if they were advertising on the radio, I don't believe that the radio station does any vetting to sell commercial airtime.
