Princess Cruise Line denied me passage on an Alaskan cruise that was paid in full. Three days befor my 13 day cruise/land tour was to start, I fell and broke my arm. My husband called to see if we could change the date of our trip. First they said that they would change the date and then five hours later we wer told NO.
So then eventhough we were really bummed out about their rude customer service and their rescinding on their agreement, we decided to take the trip as planned. They told us we needed a doctor's note. The doctor said that it was OK to travel and gave us a letter stating we could travel. Then Princess stated to us that even with the letter we would most likey be denied passage on the cruise. Without clearance to board, they gave us no choice but to cancel our trip. We are now fighting with them through our credit card company. We were never treated so rudely and unethically in our lives. Buyer beware of Princess Cruise - Outrageous ripoff.
