After writing my review of "horrible service", Princeton BMW/Mini Cooper never tryed to call to rectify the issue at all. When I called the corporate headquarters office instead of saying they would resolve the issue afer speaking to them. I was told to go to another dealership 30 miles away! I have a failed fusion in my neck which barely allows me to drive. They new this in the service department!!!! This is beyond horrible! Please never go to this dealership they will charm you to buy a car then look out for service!!!!!!!!!!!!
