Printify Deleted my Entire Etsy Store, Will Not Compensate Me. Internet

I’ve been working with Printify for several months creating items for my print on demand Etsy store. After working for months, I managed to stock my store with 97 items. I also have two other stores connected to Printify, Wix and Shopify. One day, while working on my Shopify store, I popped over to my Etsy products to confirm the color of an item. I was devasted to see my entire store was gone. Not one item remained! I frantically went to my Etsy store and was shocked to see everything was there. So how is it that my “connected” store is full on the Etsy side and empty on the Printify side? I immediately put in a ticket for tech support. That was on April 27, 2024. Case#2912984. I reached out to Prinitify only to be told to calm down because tech support is back logged, and they will get back to me…, whenever. Now I’m finally getting some orders and my Prinitiy products have vanished!! I keep checking with tech support only to be ignored. When I got an order, I had to go into Printify and re-created the item from scratch. Printify is still charging me a fee but giving me no information regarding what happened to my store. I requested they admit to their mistake, figure out a way to compensate me for all the time it’s going to take me to re-create an entire store, and let me get on with it. I need to start re-creating all 97 products but Printify said "we're looking into it and we will fix it". They have no idea what they did, but they messed up royally. And instead of copping to it, they are leading me on and wasting my time and money! I understand mistakes and I’m a forgiving and patient person, but Printify is not being professional. Now I’m scared that my other stores will disappear with no explanation. Just talk to me, work with me, apologize and make it right, because ignoring a paying customer is unacceptable.
