If you are looking for a company to do your printing for you, DO NOT GO TO PRINT FOUNDERS MARKETING-PRINT BUYERS CLUB, INC. This company is not good at all. I asked them to fix a typo on a marketing postcard and they played stupid.

Like they didn't know what I was talking about. I asked them at least five times. Heed my advice and do not patronize this company.

Hello, and thanks for your question coast.  We did not print the postcards with a typo, we were still in the design phase, again which we did not charge the customer for.  After several emails with a typo corrected proof attached, all this person did was keep saying she wanted the typo fixed.

We corrected the typo as she requested and kept sending proofs . She had placed an order for printing once the design was done, but it never got to that stage, so we refund her payment.  This is second time this customer has been refunded after we did work for her at no charge, my guess is just she wanted free postcards or at least free design work.

I have no idea really, maybe she just didn't get the corrected emails? Again, we are will to work with our customers to get what they need, but there is only so much we can do.

Customer had us recreate a postcard design for her and we did it a NO CHARGE. We sent proof and there was a typo. Customer requested change for back of postcard and we corrected and sent additional proof with corrected text.

Undoubtedly the customer did not see correction and sent another email which we replyed again with the corrected postcard. After third attempt, we refunded the customer payment for the printing.

I guess she was angry and posted this. We will work with any customer to help them with their printing needs and have been doing so for over 20 years.

Not True. I saw the correction and it had not been fixed. Their work is very good, it's just that they didn't fix the typo.

Did you submit the order with the typo or did they type it incorrectly? Did you approve the proof before the order was printed?
