Alex Mateo, CEO of the following companies:

Printex Solutions, mis-represented himself that he is an authorized technician for ROLAND printers and computers. We tried to utilize his services on 8/21/15 and found that the parts were never ordered. Mr. Mateo charged our credit card within minutes of the order for over $2300, scheduled a time to do service work and then never showed up.

He refused to answer his phone and instead sent text messages. We asked for a tracking number on our parts or a reference number and he refused to provide those as well. We then called the maker of the equipment, ROLAND, and found that his company has not ordered from them in several years. They aslo informed me that he is not an authorized technician.

When I was researching the phone number; I came across his Linked In account; which makes no mention of the Printex; but his new endeavor REM-Tech, at the SAME location, and the SAME phone number. I then looked up Printex Solutions at the COLORADO Secretary of State's office and saw his account has been in default.

He finally called after we sent an e-mail to his REM-Tech e-mail account; and refused to answer if the items had been ordered; refused a tracking number and would not give us a refernce number.

I then called our distributor, who also does tech support, and they had a couple of other clients that have had the same problem. Just a heads up here; I was already scammed by our collection agency, Fleming & Stein out of Oglethrope, GA; and want to prevent someone else having the same problem.
