Printpal ripoff They sent me bad print cartradges twice Medford Oregon

This company does not inspect their products before they ship them. I ordered one photo remanufactured cartridge for my husbads' printer. The first one we received had the plastic bag torn and the tape was missing from the cartridge. It looked used. I called Printpal and they sent me a new carridge. The new cartridge had ink all over the package and in the plastic bag the cartridge was in. When I called the company they told me to return the cartridges in the bag they provided and they would refund my money.

I wanted to know how I would know when they received my bad cartridges. They said just to trust them. I guess I don't have a choice. The supervisor said they would not accept a COD package from me and the only way to get my money back is to send the cartidges back to them. I hope I'm not ripped off again.
