My Company has been using Printroom.com for several years to supplement our in store photo sales. We operate a large tourist attraction and program photos are extremely importatnt. We really have had nothing but problems when trying to get paid by Printroom. They won't answer e-mails, or phone calls, they don't return calls once you have left a message. This time it is very bad, they owe my company several thousand dollars and one of their customer service reps had the nerve to finally respond to my e-mail with an intentionally vague reply. I have now forwarded this matter to our Company Attorney and will be pursuingthem legally to not only receive the funds owed but for the years of membership fees and Attorney's fees.
