Priority 1 Termite & Pest Control Services Scam, taking advantage of people Livingston New Jersey
I got bedbugs, which is the most horrific thing you can imagine. I was freaking out and terrified, and went with the first company than called me back, which you can guess was a mistake. It was an emotionally stressful time.
These guys were SUPER attentive until they got my credit card info, then they disappeared and stopped calling me back. They never answer the phone, if they want to they'll reply to your call.
The treatment was three visits, after the first visit it took weeks and weeks of constant hounding to get a hold of them to schedule the second and third visits. The only way I got them to call me back was when I left a voice mail telling them I was going to dispute their charges with my credit card company as a scam. Suddenly they called me back.
I spoke with the guy who did the third visit and they didn't even spray, they just set off a bug bomb. Horrific. I hope this company goes out of business and that everyone sees this review. I hope they see this review. You get what you deserve, f*rs.
