I was solicited by phone to use the services of AMS Financial aka Priority Direct Marketing International. I was told I would save $2,500 within the first three months, and indeed, was given a "pledge" to that effect. I was charged $890 on my credit card for this service, which consisted of a woman calling my credit cards with me on the line, and asking them to lower my interest rates. I was told I would receive a "plan" in the mail, which I have not received. I have called every day for over a week, and have gotten no one to respond to my questions. Once I was told the operator would have the woman (who did the calling to credit cards) call me back. No one has ever called me back. I read the letter from the man in Virginia who had the same exact experience. I am now going to call my credit card to dispute the $890 charge. I will be happy to talk to any advocacy group or attorney with a class action suit in mind. Thank you.
