By coincidence, two new pool construction business names have popped up with the exact same address. It may be wise to avoid these two companies. The two companies with the same address are Priority Pools and Rigid Concrete and Outdoor Living. More than likely, they are of the same Mr. Patt Daugherty. Mr. Daugherty has been ripping off homeowners by quitting the job after being paid thousands by many homeowners. This money was to be used to pay the subs and materials.
Patt Daugherty signed a contract with me to pay back the $32,000 he stole instead of paying for material and sub-contractors. He claimed he turned a new leaf. Mr. Daugherty paid for several months but quit. He also had similar arrangements with other homeowners and quit paying them too. He claimed to have hired a law firm to set him up in re-organization and that nobody can talk to him. Unfortunately for him anyone can still call him and ask for their money and also file suit against him. According to the law firm, I have been told that they have been waiting weeks for Mr. Daugherty to supply tax information. Consequently, his actions appear to be nothing more than a stall to get re-set up under a different name and business location.
Again, look up Liquid Dreams Custom Pools to review his mode of operation and the the legal investigation that was started due to his very shady business practices. Detective Petty of the Travis County White Collar Crimes Division can supply information concerning investigation on Patt Daugherty by the DA's office.

Anyone doing due diligence on PattDaugherty, Liquid Dreams Custom Pools, Priority Pools and/or Rigid Concrete should go to the Travis County Clerk website to see all the judgements and Mechanics Liens on him. Go to: http://deed.co.travis.tx.us/RealEstate/ListOfGrantees.aspx. This list will clearly indicate that Patt Daugherty is a person who rips off homeowners and sub-contractors. The homeowners get screwed twice; once from Daugherty taking their money and not completing the job or doing a very crappy job with unskilled labor, and, twice when the sub-contractor doesn't get paid by Daugherty and consequently places a lien on the homeowner's property. I got a lien on my property by Ponce Rebar because Daugherty didn't pay them and leaving a big hole in my back yard with rusting rebar all over and being paid over $30,000! Luckily, Ponce rebar forgot to follow suit after one year of submitting the lien making the lien invalid and I got it released. I am sure that many judgements and liens against Daugherty can also be bound in Williamson County Clerk's office. If you plan to sue Patt Daugherty, welcome to the line of others waiting while he continues to operate in Texas!
If anyone knows of Patt Daugherty's current address, please post it so others planning to sue Daugherty can use it for the Sheriff's Dept to serve Daugherty.
