I'm filling this report on my mother's behalf who lives in California "Please note that my mother does not speak nor understands the English language very well and is on limited income" the money was stolen from her account in January 2006.

This company has somehow tricked her into giving them her bank account number and proceeded to embezzel $398.00 from her account through electronic check.

When my mother found out this money disapeared from her account she went to the bank to find out what happend to her money the bank presented her with an electronic check draft which was processed through National City Bank in Cleveland Ohio with the following phone number 866-898-7489 on the back.

Although my Mother's account was immediately closed and she filed a theft charge with the bank. The bank wont do anything about this they said it was a small claims court issue.

"The above number is for the customer service department for Priority Savings Group as well as 50 other companies" throu some investigation I found out that the customer service dept. is located somewhere in Canada.

When my Mother initially called them "they" made the statement that "they" supposedly have her on tape and she would receive their package by the end of March when she questioned what package they told her it was a medical savings package where she would save 60% on medical and perscriptions. My Mother told them this is imposible since she "does not" have to pay anything for her medical nor perscriptions since shes a Military widow and she would never purchase such a thing they told her not to call again and hug up.

I first called them on my Mothers behalf on the 23rd of Jan and have talked to them several times since, their customer service has been extremely rude when I asked them for Priority Savings Group Phone number they said the company does not except incomming calls,so no one can contact the company directly.

This whole ordeal has caused my Mother a extreme amount of stress to the point where she has been physically ill.

This companies purposely mislead "trick" they're victims into giving them their account numbers and they are targeting people in other states to make it harder to catch them.

I want my Mother's money back I want this company put out of business I know my Mother is not they're only victim.

Please feel free to contact me if you need further information. My Mother can't handle the stress so I will fight for her.
