Prism Pointe Technologies Another Unpaid Subcontractor Fairburn Georgia

I was contacted by Prism Pointe to do a project for the Army Corp of Engineers. After the first week of work, I was asked to provide a second technician to cover a Prism Pointe employee for the remainder of the project. I have a total of 8250.00 in invoices for the project.

I was warned by one of the employees that had been a Subcontractor, but dismissed it as just a misunderstanding. Stupid move.

In The Same Spot!

Well, after what was what I thought was a breakthrough on this situation, I am back to waiting for the remaining invoices. One of these has been due since February.

By their own terms, they agreed to pay their invoices within 30 days. This, of course has not happened. The unfortunate part is that companies like this have the connections to get the federal contracts, on the backs of the small guy.

A Misunderstanding

After submitting this report and a few phone calls, I was contacted by Mitch Wright, CFO at Prism Pointe. He explained that they are still recovering from the MPC debacle, and progress was being made. We had a productive conversation, after which he offered to pay 2 of the large invoices.

This was on a Thursday. The following Tuesday, I received a check in my mailbox. I actually feel alot better about it and can be a little more patient with the remaining invoices.

Thanks.
