Complaint Review: Pristine Agency

LIES LIES LIES AND MORE LIES ! We were promised free airline tickets anywhere in the US to attend a presintation. LIE ! after sitting through the presintation my husband and I decided to purchase a membership for $2000, a far cry from the $9000 list price. Jonathan Drake gave the talk and spoke with us afterwards. He was very convincing. upon returning home we decided to do a little research on Pristine Agency. This company has changed names several times in the last few years. After diong a google maps search we found that the address in the contract is completly BOGUS ! its at a mailbox etc ! LIE ! We followed the cancelation process to the letter.

Jonathan Drake promised that there would be no problem canceling as long as we did so within 3 days. LIE ! After several phone calls to "Sarah" we were told that there was nothing that could be done. LIE ! we Thought we were out of our money forever. After speaking with our credit card company we found that we could dispute the charges for up to 6 months.We are still fighting to get our money back. every time we call someone either hanges up the phone or swears at us. Jonathan Drake and Pristine Agency are nothing more than a bunch of traveling con-men !  Avoid this company at all cost ! (615) 573-0424.
