Complaint Review: Privacy Matters 123

Privacy Matters 123 I signed up for the free 7 day trial to access my credit report. and now have 2 unidentified charges on my bank account. These were not authorized as I was very very careful not to agree to any other offers and read their terms carefully Internet

I signed up for the 7 day free trial to access my credit report. I was never given a confirmation number so that I could indeed access. I read the terms carefully and did not authorize any other offers. I received 2 unauthorized charges to my bank account and promptly called them and cancelled my account. It almost took an act of God to get through to someone. They of course denied charging me. My bank will dispute the charges for me and I will get my money back as my bank is wonderful but this is scary and I feel very stupid. Never again.
