I started getting billed on my credit card by this company had never heard of them. Interesting they started billing on Thanksgiving and the next one on Christmas Day. I have tried to speak to a person to find out how they got my card number lost in automatic answering machine space. They go by two names from what I can find Privacy Matters and Privacy Matters 1 2 3. In the web search they offer free credit reports, looks to me like they research the credit reports get a card number and charge it. In speaking to American Express they said it is a very common complaint they receive on this company.
