found PMIDENTITY.COM on my cc statement. Went unnoticed for several months for a charge of $19.95 if you ask me that's a typical charge amount so maybe that's how it was overlooked.

called the company 1 time - > cancelled membership, only 1 month back.
called cc company. got the run around

called back and forth about 7-8 phone calls.

issue may be resolved. I have a confirmation # (person id rather) given through cc's payments dispute dept. We'll see how long it takes to get the $ back to my account.
