Complaint Review: Privacy Matters Identity Intelius

I made a $2.95 purchase a week ago, and today they bill me $19.95 for no purchase. I called them on the phone and yes, I was irriate. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford charges that are not authorized.

The man said I did subscribe and I told him no, I did not, I made a purchase of one report for $2.95 and I wanted my money back or I would call my lawyer.

They promised to credit it back within 2 days. We will see!
