Complaint Review: Privacy Matters/Privacy Matters ID

When I saw the charges on my statement, 29.95, 19.95, three for 1.00 I popped. Never heard of the company(s) so I Googled them. What a surprise!! Called the 1-877-993-6264 number. Before the lady would let me talk I had to verify my name. I asked her how she knew it. It can up on their caller id. I told her I never heard of their companies, they stole my money and I wanted it back or I would call the attorney general, all the TV stations in my area and whoever until I got the money back. The first lady transferred me to the second lady, Cornelia, and I told her the same thing. She said the money would be put back into my account. We will see!!
