Same story as the others. Aol did, however, admit that they gave my account info to these people.

I called all over to get the number. The rep from Privacy Plus said I had to wait 10 days for a refund and it will show on my creditcard within 1-2 billing cycles. I gave them 24 hours.

I called my Attorney general and will file a police report. I am in the process of contacting internet fraud at this time.

If they keep using different names, just think of the money they will make just using our $$ even if they return the money in 10 days.

I kicked screamed and threatened.

I got my $134.95 returned to my cc account within the 24 hours I demanded from them. They stole from me and said I had to give them 10 days to return my money! Like heck!

Don't let them get away with this theft. Turn them in to Internet Fraud. Call your Attorney General. Your report to these offices will lead the frauds to be reported to the autorities.

If you do get a refund, don't get too comfortable. Keep an eye out for more charges to your account. They have been known to keep trying to steal your hard earned money!
