I was checking my debit card history this morning and I got a charge for 19.95 from two days ago. I hadn't used my card in at least 5 days. It's from IK9 Privacy Matters which after looking online they seem to do this quite often. It's funny that it claims to be a guard against identity theft! My card is a straight debit card so they didn't get the money because I didn't have enough and it was declined. This leads me to believe that this company is using spyware to get peoples pin # and card # online. I changed my pin but will more than likely just get a new card. I really hope someone looks into this and stops these thieves.

I just incurred yet another charge just 6 days after the last charge for the same amount. The charge was for 19.95 again. I called the number they had listed this time. I spoke to two people, both foreign, probably Hispanic. I told them that I researched them online and knew that they were frauds and I wanted my money back. These people knew my full name, phone number, and address. I am sure they have my ss # as well as my credit card information. It's terrifying. I am getting a new card this time.

Beware! Do what you can to fight these thieves. Both were uncaring and condescending, as if they hear this day in and day out!
