"Privasafe" decided on their own that I needed to have my phone bill crammed with a billing of $14.95, I had never heard of the company before it hit my phone bill.

I called the phone company (Qwest) and reported the error in my billing and they said they were sorry but they could not stop them from billing through their billing system. But they would put me in touch with them on the phone.

The man come on the line and the Qwest person left. The man said that on such and such date I filled out a request for their service. I didn't understand the date because of his broken English, so I told him so, and ask if he would repeat the date of the alledge registration. He would not repeat it.

I told him that I already had a good fire wall, spam removal, and was covered by "Internet Security" from Symantec and why in the world would I need the service they were craming my phone bill with?

He mumbled something else and then hung up.
