PRIVASAFE FRAUDULENT BILLING FOR EMAIL SERVICE FEE NATIONWIDE

I received my monthly bill from phone company and was quite surprised to find that I had been billed by Privasafe, through a clearinghouse billing company, OAN, for 2 months of service fees for email services.
I find it almost humorous considering I purchased my first computer on 10-19-04 and did not have Internet access until October 27 (my DSL hardware arrived via mail). Privasafe billed my account for email service for the month of October and November. They must be mind readers-I wasn't aware that I needed email prior to owning a computer.

I have not been able to contact a REAL person with Privasafe but, you better belive that, I will not be paying that portion of my phone bill. Thank goodness my phone company has a clear policy on disputing charges on your bill!!!
