Private Mentoring Group - Private Mentoring Group, Kurt BradyPrivate Mentoring Group ripoff empty promises fraudulent marketing Provo Nationwide

I joined the PMG mentoring program in September, 2004. Now I have noticed that the program was not worth a dime. What I got for my initial payment was eleven phone calls from my coach who was telling me tens of web addresses where I could find info. All that info given during sessions was available from their page. And from Internet for free. I was also prompted to join in different programs to develop my site. I do have more to tell about those programs. But to the point.

They told me that in three months I would have my own webpage and I could start to earn money. I built my site in demanded time, but there was huge problems with my email-addresses, they never worked. Emails were set up 10.12.04 and I waited 55 days, until 2nd Feb, 2005 I decided to quit and stop that show. I see that I have been fair and patient enough, I must have some rights.

So I believed until I requested cancellation and refund of my money. Today 8th Feb, 2005 I got message from Kurt Brady and he told that there is no refund policy!Yesterday they had, but I denied to call them because I have difficulties to understand spoken English especially over the phone and I don't want to pay for it. Is it possible to have only unilateral agreements?

Is there no consumer protection act? I doupt that. I admit I have been stupid when I let those people to fool me. There is so much more (odd things) to tell about PMG or whatever the name is today.

PMG/Kurt Brady just blames me - no refund

#8Author of original report

Sat, February 12, 2005

After my last update I got five more mails from Brady. In those mails he starts to accuse me and continues to go on about how willing they are to continue to work with me.I see that they are willing to have more money, not work with me.
Remember in his second mail to me he said:We must speak over the phone to address these concerns before a request can go before the refund board. In his third mail he says:there is no cancellation policy/no refund policy.Anyway the girl who called me when I started told me about refund policy. Now I also understand why they don't give that information in paper-they can always change what they have said.

The only reason why I decided to quit working with PMG was that I had waited so long to get my emails working, which I see to be very justified. They had not kept their promises, I had! Inspite of this fact Kurt Brady is accusing me and says that I have not been 100% comitted (oh yes I was). Suddenly he starts to speak that they could have had a professional webdesigner help build my site for free.My site was ready and I had done it by myself.

And how merciful, he says:And the statement you said was untrue because I and many other have pledged time and time again to continue to help so long as you are still willing to help yourself. We didn't quit on you. (I have never said that they have quit on me and there were several persons who knew about my mail problem).
Last mail I got "We will cancel you out and hold onto the down payment for services rendered."

I have all emails saved so others are able to see his stupid comments. To my questions I did not got any answers. No one else in PMG has either answered to my email. Honest companies don't act this way. Honest companies will contact their client not accuse them.

Mr Brady says my statement is untrue

#8Author of original report

Thu, February 10, 2005

I have received interesting emails from Kurt Brady after asking refund. First I wrote him that there is one thing he has not taken into account:I had not broken any agreement but PMG and Vermotion have.My comments are in brackets.

Brady:We are willing to cancel you out of the program and halt any finance charges (I have paid everything with my own money). However the initial amount paid will be held for a cancellation fee for services rendered. (I see that I haven't got so excellent service that I'm obliged to pay several hunderds per month. I look forward to better offer).

Brady:He tells how they have to pay to coach and admin stuff and that they are willing to work with me at no additional cost and help me until I become succesfull.(Then comes the interesting part) Your unwillingness to follow through on what you promised to do does not excuse the fact that services were rendered to help you become succesfull.(I had done requested assignments and built my site). We are willing to cancel you out so that the collections companies don't pursue their (I have no agreement with collection co)monthly fees and possibly hurt your credit. However we are going to withhold the down payment as a fee for the amount of services rendered. We are still going to go into the negative as you have used the entire program but aren't going to pay the whole thing.(As if I had abused them. What is the entire program, I have been along four months...I asked what does he mean by my unwillingness but I did not got any clear explanation). There were more emails how willing they are to continue to work with me.

In the last email he writes (exact words)And the statment you made that we are not able to promise what we offer is absolutely untrue.(Maybe this mess with words reveals something)

I have not stated anything untrue. I sent all my correspondance with Brady also to Devin Willis who writes that he is there to help the students. I look forward to hear from him.

I wish those who have been in same situation as I could contact me via this site.

Wealth Building Mentoring Programs Are All Scams!

#8Consumer Suggestion

Thu, February 10, 2005

Hey there Kitte:

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

KITTE: I joined the PMG mentoring program in September, 2004. Now I have noticed that the program was not worth a dime.

REID: You are absolutely correct in saying this. PMG is a fraudulent company. There's no such thing as legitimate "wealth building" mentoring programs.

I want you to take notice Kitte, that not once has an employee from any of these so called "wealth building" mentoring programs been willing and able to come forward in the public eye with proof regarding the legitimacy of their program.

Infomercials mean nothing, for they are PAID for and the interviewers are never genuine neutral third parties. PMG is definitely a scam!

KITTE: What I got for my initial payment was eleven phone calls from my coach who was telling me tens of web addresses where I could find info.

REID: Consider yourself very lucky to have even received ten or more web addresses. Incest "attorney" John Beck's fraudulent Mentoring Institute referred me to only three different PUBLIC websites, where I was supposed to bid blindly on distessed properties.

KITTE: All that info given during sessions was available from their page. And from Internet for free. I was also prompted to join in different programs to develop my site. I do have more to tell about those programs. But to the point.

REID: I don't really have to comment here. This paragraph along with the fact, that none of the imbreeds from the fraudulent PMG have come foward to defend the company, proves beyond all reasonable doubt that PMG is a scam.

KITTE: They told me that in three months I would have my own webpage and I could start to earn money. I built my site in demanded time, but there was huge problems with my email-addresses, they never worked. Emails were set up 10.12.04 and I waited 55 days, until 2nd Feb, 2005 I decided to quit and stop that show. I see that I have been fair and patient enough, I must have some rights.

REID: I guess by now you know and I assume that you will continue to spread the word about PMG being more than just a bad company. PMG is a SCAM!

KITTE: So I believed until I requested cancellation and refund of my money. Today 8th Feb, 2005 I got message from Kurt Brady and he told that there is no refund policy!Yesterday they had, but I denied to call them because I have difficulties to understand spoken English especially over the phone and I don't want to pay for it. Until next time, take care Kitte along with Everyone else cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Addition to my report 8th Feb 2005

#8Author of original report

Wed, February 09, 2005

I want to specify some points in my report.
1) My emails were set up by Vermotion not PMG.
2) I sent an email to PMG 2nd Feb where I told that I'm going to quit. 7th Feb I received a message from Kurt Brady where he asked me to call him. I denied because I did'nt want to spend any more money for PMG. 8th Feb I got the new message, where Kurt Brady wrote (exact copy) We must speak over the phone to address these concerns before a request can go before the REFUND BOARD. Please contact me on the afore mentioned number. Thank you for your prompt consideration. I answered that I don't call but I can mail more arguments for my cancellation request.

Later the same day I got new message from Brady, this is exact copy. Based on the initial agreement we made with you on the day you started the program there is NO CANCELLATION POLICY/NO REFUND POLICY. We are willing to continue to work with you and indentify any problem areas we can help you in until you make your money back. Please, let us know when the best time is that you can continue with your coaching session.
3) It's clear I denied to continue with them. Why would I accept more empty promises. And why I don't want to call them is because I want to have readable text I can understand and no one can't change my words.

The latest mail I got was: There is NO REFUND POLICY (I wonder, where did it disappeared between couple mails?) To discuss further option contact us by phone.
I answered that I have made my final decision and that I have deleted my pages from Vermotion and rebuilt my site elsewhere.

I have saved all emails and all chat reports and anyone who wants, can have them.
