Complaint Review: PRIVATE USED PC

Sorry bout the caps but I'm near blind n can't see these pepps told me on 1st encounter they would give me 24/7 professional and proficient service on up to 4 computers for the low price of $15 a month. sounded like a steal man was I ever wrong out of about 15 times I've attempted to call them I have yet to get them on the phone with out going thru att inet, service what a drag then they want to just remotely enter my PC  and wiggle the curser round tryin to make dur like they r doin something n an all thy do is kill time.  I ask some advice about another pc I have and they had the gal to tell me to consult my local technion what a load of crap. I have got help 1 time out of 15 the rest of the time they done more damage than good i.e. I spent 2 hr4s downloading some very hard to comeby drivera to W7 PRO for a AOI 5100 series Kodak.  wasnt sure I'd get em to install right cause i had tried several times prior to that like n8 times so as they were in the final stages (last HR. I started proceedings to get ahold of connectech got em on phone just seconds b4 download finished YAAHOOO they done good had my proper icon on screen they whole 9 yards. couldnt believe it so I told the lady sorry but I dont need u after all well she would have none of that she remotely accessed my pc the thing printed like a dream only prob was it still sA9ID. my brand new ink cartridges were needing replaced she insisted my ink was empty i tyold her they brand spanky new well where i get wal martwasnt good nuff. I had to get from Kodak i told her look lady the cartrigesa r good next thing I know she is DELETING MY NEWLY INSTALLED DRIVERs AND SETTING THEM TO NDEFAULT WHCH THERE R NONE ALL THE WHILE iM SCREAMING AT HER TO STOP SHE SAYING i KNIOW WHAT im DOING THIS IS THE SAME KIND OF SERVICE I GET EVERY TIME I CALL DONT CALL EM ANYMOREW GONNA CALL ATORNEY GENERAL FED N STATE
