This all took place over 6 months while my wife waited patiently for  bag that never came. It became apparent that Prive Porter only cares about customers spending over $15k on Birkins. I'm not sure why they even sell other brands. They played us and I have a suspicion they never intended on sending us a bag. Thank goodness for PayPal protection. We ordered a bag that never came- no apology, contact attempt, or even an explaination. My wife waited 6 months for a purse.

 

Initial Purchase: Wanted to order wife a Sofia Al Asfoor handbag. Prive Porter is only authorized US dealer, so I found the bag online through this seller.

1. First purchase failed as Prive Porter did not "know" they had that account open on Poshmark.

2. Re-ordered bag directly through Prive Porter.

3. Bag was incorrectly labeled online. I ordered a "200" size and received the "300" size

4. Prive Porter would not budge or assist with problem until we contacted the designer ourselves.

 

The designer offered us a custom bag, and we accepted. We tried to exchange the incorrect bag immediately.

1. Prive Porter did not respond in a timely manner

2. The bag sold and Prive Porter blamed the designer for our loss.

 

A new color was being released at the end of the year, Prive Porter offered to pre-sell it.

1. We officially accepted and paid $3,800 for pre-ordered bag.

2. No correspondance or updates in MONTHS.

3. Five e-mails sent, still no response.

4. Filed a PayPal dispute.

5. Dispute was ignored, esclated to a claim.

6. NO apology, NO contact- received a refund from seller with no explaination of where bag was.
