Complaint Review: Prive the Retreat

I went into Prive for surgery recovery two months ago and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I was picked up in a beautiful car and treated with the best care from start to finish, the enviroment was incredibly clean and all her staff were very caring! Pamyla Laun cared and talked with me the entire time I was there and told me all about how she lives to save animals. She also had mentioned that she and her other half were in the middle of a huge legal battle to get Leo, there german shepard, Ariane Slaught had actually stolen from her. I've never met such a loving and caring person in my entire life, she has such a bright personality it makes anyone happy to be around her. I had such a wonderful experience with Pamyla at Prive and will definately be turning to her for all of my after care needs.

I am unfortunately the ex-husband (or at least the latest ex-husband, for now) of Ariane Bellamar/Slaught/Pettitt/Nacht/Kays/Walsh/Patterson - who has progressively, or rather regressively, gotten herself into so much trouble recently with multiple law suits, creditor claims, Court Orders and even a Bench Warrant for her Arrest in California - she is apparently now hiding out in Canada (whilst even trying to fraudulently accusing me of having several Canadian Warrants for my Arrest....go figure - as I do not have a USA company/business - she therefore cannot write another fraudulent Ripoff Report) and all of her hate, venom and vitriol is about the simple fact that I took legal action (which I won) as she stole my dog and am now trying to enforce the Court Order.... As a result my significant other, Pamyla (who owns Prive - a first class successful business - and is also an animal lover and loves Leo, my dog, as part of our Family) has tried to help me and also my Attorney try to find her in order to retrieve Leo. Subsequently, Ariane filed a Ripoff Report against the Attorneys Wilson & Pettine; who had done nothing but tell the truth in a Statement in my Case about her character and behavior - This is detailed below per my Rebuttal in April 2016 against Ariane's untrue and deliberately fraudulent report. Now I feel it necessary to write another Rebuttal for her continual psychotic behavior - perhaps more so because she has a Bankruptcy Hearing on the 16th June 2016 in Los Angeles, has already been evicted from her rented apartment in Beverly Hills for both not paying rent (per Landlord's Summons) and illegally/fraudulently advertising to sub-rent on AirB&B (breaching Landlord's rental contract - which is nothing to do with Pamyla whatsoever), is being investigated by Child Services (by a Beverly Hills school and also in Canada as reported by Ariane's own Mother) as they have been traveling like a gypsyies and not sending her 8 year old daughter to school, etc etc. Therefore, her spiteful lashing out on Ripoff Report at such good-standing, innocent people is self-evident. Please do not believe Ariane's Reports in any way - they are devicive, deceptive and dangerous in only wanting to hurt other in order to deflect from her own situation and predictament. I found Wilson & Pettine to be forth right and attentive to their client’s interest. Mr. Pettine made us well aware of the fees and costs that were incurred. In addition, Wilson & Pettine did obtain a specific judgment where Ms. Bellamar’s ex-husband was to pay her attorney fees, but she was to personally advance the fees to Wilson & Pettine and then collect them from her ex-husband. In fact I actually loaned her monies in order for her to make the initial payments to Wilson & Pettine. Please kindly understand that Ms. Bellamar frequently tries to use internet character assassination in an effort to bully and discredit people that she does not like or who challenge her when she breaks the Law or is sued (at the time of writing she has several law suits against her, a Court Order and a Bench Warrant for her arrest) I know this for a fact as she has done it to me and also many others. Therefore please do not believe any of Ms. Bellamar’s, or her friends’ posts, as they are untrue, misleading, self-serving and strictly for revenge.

 Ariane stole a rescue dog named Leo a year and a half ago off off of Barry Pettitts ranch. She is a very sick and dangerous individual with a DUI, Warrant for Arrest Case #1467133, two evictions (Case 15CVO4071 and Case 16RO2250), a Writ of Possession Case 16CVOO517 which states that in a court of law she illegally stole Leo and trespassed on the Pettitts ranch. This woman is a social media addict and is currently being sued in a 25 page lawsuit by her own in laws for slander, libel, impersonation, and illegal acts online. None of the things she says about me are correct. I am very involved in getting this dog back onto his ranch where he has lived for 8 years with his pack of dogs. This is animal cruelty at its best. All steps by law enforcement and numerous animal rights advocates to return Leo home. She fails to leave out that this is all about Leo, not her! Through her narcissism and sel absorbed persona, she writes these hateful reviews and attacks innocent people. See her review for the prestigious lawyer, Paul aperture, who she also attacked by Ripoff Report. The owner of what she calls her apartment in Beverly Hills is desperately trying to get her out of the unit she owns through a Summons and California eviction. Ariane and her husband are currently sub leasing the unit that they never paid for out on Air B and B which is illegal. All law enforcement has been involved and put to this residence three times now to assist in the return of Leo. Anyone having any tips or information on this wanted persons whereabouts please contact local police as she is well known in the department as she sends them lies all day long through her emails.
