Complaint Review: Prize Data Office

I too, received a notice telling me I won $1.5 mil usd. If you read the back of the form it claims to be a "reporting agency" giving a list of lotteries you can enter. No guarantee that you have won anything. It also claims that you don't have to purchase this report as lotteries are generally free to enter. Also, if you send a check, you give 'em the right to withdraw funds from you bank account. If the check you send is returned, you also give them the right to withdraw the "apporiate" penalty, according to applical law.It's really too bad, I could've used the money, having lost my job.
