this rip-off took all the money I had saved. i am very depressed and i hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. I have had to go to doctors which have cost me alot of money. they said i had won money and i needed to send them money to process the paperwork and issue a check to me. this ruinned my life.

You should Never,ever have to pay anything if you win a prize.
I've heard of these scamming contests before, don't EVER send them, money.
