It would appear to me that any intelligent person could see right through this scam. I would not be at all surprised to ultimately discover that organized crime (as in Mafia) was behind this. Can you imagine how many $20.00 imbeciles out there would scramble to mail these crooks the money they're asking? And then just eventually forget they ever sent it! And that's what they (PIB) are counting on. As for me, I'm forwarding mine on to the California and Nevada Attorneys General with a brief cover letter. I would recommend everyone else do the same. Let's put the brakes on this.
