PRL/Point Rental Liquidators Salesman said his name was Neil Y- was a white male -45-55 yrs old guaranteed rental of timeshare for a payment of $1,895.00(4-19-12) Receipt of $6000.00 by 1-2013 has not happened. PRL is a CROOK Las Vegas, Nevada
P R L/Point Rental Liquidators guaranteed rental income for my Time Share at Orange Lake, Resort & Country Club located at
8505 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy., Kissimmee, Florida 34747. The charge for this service to me was 1 payment of $1,895 on my Credit Card. This transaction took place on 04/19/2012. I was guaranteed to receive a check in the amount of $6000.00 in January 2013 and called their office in Las Vegas to check on the status. Much to my chagrin the phone number 702/481/2839 is no longer in service.
I then went on line to research this company only to find out that there have been numerous consumer fraud complaints. The salesman wrote his name, Neil Y and his cohort's Michael name on my contract. At this point I feel these are fictitious names, additionally they gave no last name. I am victim of fraud and that is a horrible feeling. These scumbags were good at their game, well-trained rip-off artists, coming across as legitimate agents, while lying and pretending to be an honest business negotiator. I am a 79 yr old victim, who has been taken advantage of. You have my permission to share this report along with a warning to be weary of a deal that sounds too good to be true; listen to your gut, for if it sounds to good to be true it is too good to be true. I read a report from another victim and he suggested, call your credit card company and tell them P R L made a fraudulent charge to your account and also file a police report against them. I'll see how this works out, it is worth a try.
