First of all, I am 65 years old and really don't need a teenage skin care kit. My skin is dry and wrinkling, but occasionally I do still get a few issues time and again.  Since I like the "Deep Cleansing Scrub" for my chest and shoulders I like to order that product as well as the "Refining Mask" from ProActiv.  I previously was on the recurring kit many many years, but I stopped that and just order a few of some of my favorites every now and then for over 16 years.

Since my spouse found out he had cancer, we had been traveling to different places for his treatments. I ordered an item in Colorado last winter. They sent me the "Kit" as well.  I asked them to not send it again until they heard from me. They said that they would send it Aug. 2016. I called them on July 26 and told them to wait until Dec. 31.  They sent it anyway to the Colorado address where I was until March. It was returned to sender by those people in July or August! Then they sent it to another place I was visiting in California around that time too. That too was returned back to them. However, they keep billing me for their blunders. They want to refund me the product cost and not the shipping cost.

I called my Capitol One card and complained and they said that they would fix it, but I am still waiting. ProActiv is saying that I still owe them money and they will not credit my account.  They want to turn this in to the credit bureau so it will tarnish my credit record.

This is really a big blunder on ProActiv's shipping and order processing department.  They have 4 or 5 accounts in my name because I have traveled so much and have changed residences a few times in the last 16 years.  Apparently they cannot change your name, address, and phone numbers, or merge them into one account. Or maybe the sales rep on the phone wants to get credit for a "New Account", not quite sure.  But nobody there wants to accept the fact that they are at fault.

What's even worse, I started to work for their company, Rodan and Fields, a few years ago.  I am a sales rep for their 'Aging skin care' products.  Talk about poor customer service.

Even after I talked to Vickie in billing I got "Nowhere".

I would NEVER do that to a longtime customer!
