Pro Caulk Added charges to original order, no live contact or address provided. No way to cancel order Internet Based Nationwide
When I called Pro Caulk's 800 number it is a recording. 800-284-4628 and 203-852-0024 You cannot speak to a real live person. Their phone system added 20.00 to my order for things that I didn't even order. There is not way to contact pro caulk and speak to a live person and no email address or physical address. I feel this is a scam. When you do call the customer service # it tells you they are open fron 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, but again you can't speak to anyone. It goes into a mailbox # 10. It is a man's voice that is on their outgoing message
