Pro Construction Services of North Central Florida Were supposed to install sheetrock professionally in house Gainesville Florida
Hired to sheetrock a fully studded & foamed container home & this is where they FAILED:
Initial estimate 8900$; Subsequent estimate after starting 11700$ because they were not making enough profit. Inital estimate was 280 sheets, I calculated 170 sheets as a engineer.
Never supplied english speaking worker on crew as promised.
RAM (supposed supervisor) Never did in person supervision while crew was on site, I was forced to do RAM's job!
Workers showed up at all sporadic times.
I made multiple trips to home depot to buy extra materials because they had 40% waste. I paid for all materials but they tried to charge me 3X extra for already purchased material to increase their profit.
They left three large piles of scrap sheetrock (40%) & the inside of the container house was left in a filthy condition.
And a multitude of other problems which were not shown for simplicity.
Do Not hire these people unless you want a poor, overpriced, unsupervised job with poor results!!!!
