Pro*explore USA, Programstop.com mysterious monthly charges on discover Hopkins Maine
Just noticed a mysterious charge on my discover for $16.95. I called the corresponding number and was directed to www.programstop.com. I submitted my canncellation request. The request form does not have company logo, not even a company name. I checked my previous CR statement and found out this is the 3rd month I've been charged for this "membership" fee.
