Complaint Review: Pro-Form

Pro-Form Refused to replace motor under warranty. Said I wasn't registered. Would not allow me to register. Logan Utah

My two-year old treadmill’s motor, which has a 25-year guarantee, quit. My wife and I are both in our 80s and have never run the machine over two miles an hour. The problem was verified by Barry Services fitness repair in Wheeling, Illinois.

I notified Pro-Form twice by email and twice on the web, and asked to have them send me a new motor. After four days, I had not even received a response. I then tried live chat, and the agent cut me off before anything was resolved.

If you are considering customer service as a criterion in purchasing an exercise device, I advise you to avoid Pro-Form.
